As a Customer Coordinator, you play a central role in the organization and act as the link between the customer, production, and logistics. You are responsible for the ongoing dialogue with our customers in the hotel, restaurant, healthcare, and industrial sectors, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. The role combines administrative work in our business systems with presence in production. You report to the site manager and work closely with the local management team to contribute to the continued development and success of the business.

Your main tasks include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Coordinating and communicating with production, logistics, and sales organization
• Registering orders and following up on deliveries
• Responsible for documentation and administration in business systems
• Conducting inventory management and stocktaking, both internally and at customer sites
• Driving and participating in improvement initiatives within systems and work processes
• Training customers in our products, services, and solutions
• Working on upselling by identifying and developing business opportunities with existing customers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Is structured, analytical, and responsible
• Has good system proficiency and feels comfortable with digital tools
• Can plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has a strong sense of order and accuracy

We prefer that you have experience in service and customer contact, for example from the hotel or restaurant industry. To succeed in this role, your engagement, willingness to develop, and ability to collaborate are crucial.
